If McCain runs for President, we are going to hear the "flip/flopping" theme even louder than heard in the past.
I respect McCain for his service to the country and his POW status, but I don't think he's too good at being his own person.
Quite the contrary, if the Dems even dare to bring it up, the Republicans will respond with, "...how dare you impugn the character of a war hero!"
You mean war heros like Max Cleland, or John Murtha??

About the war hero, I will go as far as to say that this former Marine regrets McCain and his folding over to the Bush Admin.
This is a slap in the face of all vets and current military! We want our country back. If we have to do it in other ways, just give the vets time! It will come sooner or later, but it will come. We will have our country back.

LBJ, after manufacturing the phantom Gulf of Tonkin attacks, got the abdication of Duty and Right of Congress to declare War left to him. He then slaughtered over 1 Million Vietmanese, Supported a Corrupt Cambodian Regime that led to the rise of the Kmer Rouge that killed Millions and sent over 58,000 Americans to their Death. I forget how many Carib and Latin American Militart Interventions that he had. The racketeers made Billions. Including Brown and Root(Halliburton). They were LBJ's buddies then.
Dems are just as good at slaughtering other Humans for profit. Don't get me started on Truman.

McCain has been effectively castrated. I wonder how he sleeps at night, since at one time it did appear as if he had a soul (compared to most of Bu$hCo who sold theirs long ago and I'm sure sleep like evil little babies).

Have you read "the People's History of the United States" by Howard Zinn? We have a looooong history of slaughter for profit of one sort or another, beginning with the mass genocide of native americans.
Hi Pam. Great book. I read it a bit over 3 years ago. It should be required reading for High Schoolers.
