Exports to Iran grew ten-fold under Bush administration; such items included weapons and bull semen. Which, of course, will only lead to weaponized bull semen WMD's:

Nuclear weapons? No way. But there are plenty of items on Iran's shopping list the United States is more than happy to supply: cigarettes, brassieres, bull semen and more.

U.S. exports to Iran grew more than tenfold during President Bush's years in office even as he accused it of nuclear ambitions and sponsoring terrorists. America sent more cigarettes to Iran — at least $158 million worth under Bush — than any other product.

Other surprising shipments during the Bush administration: fur clothing, sculptures, perfume, musical instruments and military apparel. Top states shipping goods to Iran include California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio and Wisconsin, according to an analysis by The Associated Press of seven years of U.S. government trade data.

"I understand that these exports have increased. However, we believe that they are increasing to a segment of the population that we want to reach out to, we want to know and understand that the U.S. government, the U.S. people want to be friends with them, want to work with them to integrate them into the world economy and become partners in the future, just before this president nukes their sandy country into glass" Gonzalo Gallegos, a State Department spokesman, said Tuesday when asked by reporters about the AP's findings.

Brother, can you spare some mac n cheese?

According to a report by the Chicago Sun-Times, sales of boxed macaroni and cheese experienced a significant rise over the last year. The product, first introduced by Kraft 70 years ago, has experienced 10% growth while the microwavable version experienced a 50% increase in sales.

Consumer research firm, NPD Group, reports that 1/3 of all Americans and 1/2 of the country's children will consume mac and cheese in any given two week period - Almost always as a main meal.

When Kraft first introduced it's stovetop macaroni and cheese dinners in 1937, it was a time when people in the United States were searching for foods to help them compensate for dairy rations and difficulty purchasing meat as well as the devastating effects of the Great Depression.

Today, with milk and gasoline prices at $3 per gallon, $2 loaves of bread, and an economy sliding quickly into recession, it appears that the mac and cheese producers are once again filling a niche in the market - the families who must choose between food and utilities. And, sadly, that's good news for many who are used to only bad in today's America under the Bush regime. . .

Rumsfeld resigned on November SIXTH

Donald Rumsfeld resigned as defense secretary before last year's November election but his decision wasn't announced until after the voting, according to his resignation letter obtained by Reuters on Wednesday.





The letter was dated November 6, the day before voters, angered by Iraq, went to the polls and tossed Bush 's Republican cronies from power in Congress . According to a stamp on the letter, Bush saw it on election day. As we all know, bush didn't announce the resignation until after the election. Many Republicans blame this for their rout on that day.

Reuters obtained the letter from a U.S. official on Wednesday after the Pentagon in April said it did not have a copy. They had twice before sought access to the letter under the Freedom of Information Act but were told by the Defense Department that it did not have the letter. Defense Department spokesmen had repeatedly refused to release the resignation letter in November 2006.
