Huckabee is out

McCain clenches GOP nomination

Sources have reported that a senior aide to Mike Huckabee has stated that the candidate will concede to John McCain in just a few minutes. McCain is expected to wrap up the republican nomination this evening by surpassing the 1,191 delegate mark. The two campaigns are to meet and discuss further details tomorrow.

**Update - 9:16 pm: Huckabee is conceding right now.

Actually, Ron Paul cannot even be described as toast at this point. Ron Paul is now a small. severely blackened mass stuck in a toaster that failed to eject him. ;)

ahhh Huckabee... he will be missed, A Fair Tax that ain't and biblical references that he was to half-faced to just go ahead and quote verse and chapter.
