Billy Jack is running for President
Billy Jack (Tom Laughlin) has thrown his hat into the ring for the 2008 Democratic Party nomination for President. Watch the video below to find out why:
And then check out his website to learn more about his intentions, concerns, and motivations for taking this long-shot step. I find myself in agreement with alot of what he has to say!
And, if you are really following along, here's the aforementioned Part Two:

Man I love that movie. I did a post back in Feb. 2006 that had a link to "One Tin Soldier Rides Away". Took hours to find it. Alas, the link now goes to something completely different.
Gosh I was so young then...I remember leaving the movie theater, fist raised and singing that song.
I just loved the way he slowly took of his boots. Then it was ass kicking time!
Damn, I might just have to drop Ron Paul and support Billy Jack!
I'll go and check his site out.
Peace. Or I'll send Billy Jack!
Okay. I lied. I went looking for the song again. Just had to hear it. Someone posted a Billy Jack vid w.1 tin Soldier Playing
I think Robert did a post w/the lyrics up on his old blog.
Peace on Earth.
"I find myself in agreement with a lot of what he has to say!"
Me too! Though it is more than just about Oil and I don't think Putin would put troops into Iraq.
On another note, man he's old. I can kick his ass.......Maybe.
What the hell is up with politics? Between Laughlin and Chuck Norris, this could be shaping up to deciding the next president in a no holds barred cage match to the death.
Then again, that's better than the way it was decided in 2000.
Long time since I saw that movie and it was quite good.
Have a great Thanksgiving.
God Bless.
Hell, I could get in front of a camera and say that I'm more qualified to be president because I want to end the war...doesn't mean I'm qualified to get it done. It seems anyone who has money and a camera crew can do this.
We already have Mike Gravel, we don't need another old koot.
Oh...and this guy is no John Kennedy, as much as he would like to think so.
Happy Thanksgiving to the Goods.
Who wudda thunk. Billy Jack for President? Of course, that's not what he's really trying to do.
Interesting ideas... who knows?
Nuh Uh!
Where the hell is his black hat?!?
:)
