Goodbye and good riddence!!!
A key political adviser to President George Bush, Karl Rove said he would step down at month’s end. The move came after senior aides were told to leave by Labor Day or stay the remaining 17 months of Bush’s term, according to media reports. Why would Bush's Brain abandon ship?
Today, White House press secretary Tony Snow said he will step down from his position as early as next month, sources inside and outside the Bush administration told CNN on Friday. Snow told conservative talk-show host Hugh Hewitt on Thursday "financial reasons" may prevent him for serving the remainder of his boss's presidency.
This is a good start, but there are many others who should follow in their footsteps. For example, Alberto Gonzalez, President Bush and Dick Cheney to name a few.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet around here but the Edwards campaign actually put out a press release that used the words from your title in regards to Karl Rove's resignation.
The press realease said nothing else. It was short and sweet:
"Goodbye, good riddance."
Quite entertaining...
Jeff - Wow! What a coincidence!!! I just made up my title on the fly! Of course, I spelled riddance wrong though. Must mean Dems think alike!
Look what I wrote on the 13th.
Robert - This is just way too weird! Must mean something.
