I won't fill one out, because it would only be like 8 states. 9 if you count Canada.
It appears that you've avoided those two groups of states on purpose.

Mark - Canada's a state now? WOOHOO! Now America really IS turning blue!! ;)
Torp - Probably should have avoided a few more!! =) Actually, we used to travel between CA and here yearly, and spent one summer exploring the Atlantic Seaboard. My folks were good about traveling alot.
