People better start listening up. The is just the beginning.
I hope he sees the light and heads out of dodge. This town ain't big enough for two sheriffs.
Lamont is another rich boy who never had grease on his hands a day in his life.
God, these rich, suburban leftists make me sick.
Someone like him has no idea what it is like to work at Dana or Goodrich or any other place where people need to put food on the table.
Anonymous, and I wish you would tell us if that's your real name or not, I agree with you. Democrats are the wealthiest political party ever. That's why they're always cozying up to big business and brokering deals for their fellow cronies at places like Halliburton. Republican politicians know what it's like to get down in the dirt and work. Not a single member of the Bush administration will ever know what a million dollars looks like. These are the people I want calling the shots for me. And if Lamont gets elected, you know he'll take advantage of that free medical care for life, not to mention the retirement fund he'll get just as a single term Senator. It makes me sick how greedy all those damned liberal, dope-smoking, terrorist-loving, gay, anti-military, millionaires can be. We need more people like George W. Bush who looks out, not for the rich and powerful, but for the struggling, paycheck-to-paycheck, disenfranchised, little people. Hooray for common people like, George, Dick, Donald, and Condi. These people are worked their way up from poverty. They didn't rely on family money like most Democrats do. For a great example of a poor kid who made it, look no further than New York mayor, Michael Bloomberg. Here is a man who, just a few years ago, was living in a cardboard box in the worst part of Hell's Kitchen. He felt like a millionaire if he was lucky enough to find a penny in the sewer drains.
Thank you anonymous for pointing out how stupid it is for wealthy liberals to run for office. Voters can always see through crap like that and you'll never find them voting for a Rockefeller.
Okay, now that I was able to get that bit of sarcasm out of my mouth, let's get down to brass tacks. Yes, out of the ten wealthiest politicians in the United States, I will cede that only three of them are Republicans. Six are Democrats and one is an independent. However, the the two richest, Michael Bllomberg and Winthrop Rockefeller have a combined wealth of six billion dollars. The six Democrats (John Kerry, Tony Sanchez, Jon Corzine, Herb Kohl, Jay Rockefeller and Mark Warner) have a combined wealth of two-billion-four-hundred and seventy-five million.
I might also note that nearly every member of the Bush cabinet is a millionaire. The least wealthy of Bush's millionaires is Condi Rice. Anonymous, I think you're smart for not naming yourself. That was a pretty stupid comment.
As usual, Robert has the facts on his side, and the situation thoroughly researched! Don't screw with him, he'll quickly put you in your place. . .
