A big win for the new democratic party! I predict that Lieberman's big name supporters jump ship - including Bill Clinton.

I don't think Lieberman can win with the grassroots AND the machine working against him. The honorable thing to do would be to bow out.

Alas, he just doesn't know when to quit - he's officially the Emmitt Smith of the Democratic Party...

Well, Lieberman and McKinney are out! I guess Joe will be back though as an Independent. I have mixed feelings about him. As for McKinney, I say "don't let the door hit you in the ass". You give Democrats a bad name!

What a shame that Joe was so bogged down in Executive Branch ass-kisssing that he couldn't properly do his job. I'm sure he'll be missed by someone. Maybe GW can hire him to clean his swimming pool. He owes him at least that much.
