"Nevermind" baby turns 17

Spencer Elden, who appeared on the cover of Nirvana's "Nevermind" album when he was a baby, is now 17 years old and recreating the iconic photo. According to MTV, he attempts to pick up women using the pickup line, "You want to see my penis ... again?":

Huh. I tried the same line on my wife, and she said "I didn't see it the first time". What's that supposed to mean?
