Bush heckled at Monticello

Many of you have likely seen video of Bush getting heckled at his Independence Day appearance at Monticello. By the way Dubya, it's pronounced Mon-ti-sell-o. . . I had seen it, but not the thorough version which follows (Thanks, Robert!) :
