Ummmm, was the guy speeding or something? I don't see a problem here.
Cycle Driver: "Yes, Ma'am? Was I speeding?"
Cop: "No - I just want to ask your passenger where she got those boots - I've been looking for a pair JUST like that for AGES!!"
What do you mean, you didn't realize we were going fast enough to get a ticket? I've been feeling a breeze since you hit 190mph a few miles back.
Forget about the caption - "mudvein", John!!!??? I about choked on my chocolate donut this morning when I saw that. I was like "mudvein", what the heck is a... ohhh" that's just gross!!!
