I refuse to ship ANYTHING by UPS since they STOLE my computer that I was sending for repair to a friend who does that sort of thing.

UPS has lost 200% of my business.

UPS once left a package that contained thousands of dollars worth of White Sox season tickets on our doorstep, which is where we found it after returning from a weekend away from home. There were so many complaints about this that the White Sox no longer use them for shipping.
