Because Franken isn't electable at that level, much like Wellstone. But damn it's good to see another populist go for Wellstone's seat. Norm Coleman is a empty suit with televangelist hair.
I find it comical that right wing radio has already unleashed their attack dogs. I listened to the opening of Hannity the other night and he was irate to say the least. It's interesting to hear him attack Franken for several minutes at the beginning of his national radio show and then insist that he has no chance of winning.
I think they underestimate Franken at their own peril...
