I have little faith in polls. I must say this, if it is true that Bush is under 50% in Indiana; then he is in deep trouble...

I share your concern on poll reliability. But, then again, I'm amazed at the turnaround I've seen in people's opinion of Bush.Even here in Indiana. You are right, if he IS under 50% here in red central, well, nuff said.

Since I have been running for School Board I have been talking to a lot of people. One of the things that keep cropping up is that people are not happy with their government...

I not only live in, but work in Aboite as well, and the comments I hear on a daily basis amaze me. The negative comments are starting to outweight the "W" stickers and yellow ribbons. I've even started seeing "anti-W" bumper stickers. My fave so far?

"W stands for WRONG"

I live in Perry Township. It is most likely 85% Republican...

Most of the people I talk to are not happy with The Republcians; however, they may vote Republican anyway. They do not feel they have a choice...

What are your predictions for the 2008 Presidential Election?

I think McCain vs Bayh.

Possible, unsure about the national support for either one, Bayh in particular. And McCain just pissed off the entire blogosphere two weeks ago. We'll hafta see how it shakes out, still early.

I'm sorta thinking I'd like to see a Bayh/Feingold ticket.
