The home of Harry Foster, a prominent local attorney, was destroyed by fire yesterday. Firefighters battled the blaze for nearly two hours on Saturday afternoon to no avail. No human lives were lost in the Sycamore Hills blaze, but two pets were lost in the fire.

I noticed that this house has been involved in a lawsuit--view the property records at http://www.co.allen.in.us/CustomApps/PropCard/pdf/021109127003000075.pdf
says "-Court scheduled in Feb.
2007.House is buckling in, Estimate of $1,250,000.00 to
demolish & repair home.
AP06: Appeal 06 Pay 07
appealed again - court case pending"
Was the fire caused by the damaged condition of the home? Why was someone living there if it is buckling in, and I am so sorry for the loss of their two dogs.
Would like to hear a follow up on this story sometime. Just curious.
