Leave it up to Fox "News" to censor her anti-war comments.
Had she said "damn" instead of "goddamn", it might have gone through - but we'll never know now.
The one thing you can say about Sally Field, her acceptance speeches are always interesting.
I didn't watch the Emmy's...did anyone else make anti war statements?
she is still one great lady - thanks for sharing this!!! hugs
UL - While it's likely that some nervous Fox censor dumped her remarks over the "God damn", it certainly does remove Fox from Emmy coverage contention going forward.
Stan - In today's world, there is little discernible difference. 20 years ago it woulda been a big deal. . .
ME - Agreed. I didn't catch them either. Cause I really don't give a rat's ass. . . ;)
AZ - Again, agreed! And you are ALWAYS welcome. =)
On Obierman last night they said the censors cut off a few other people.
John...kind soul, historian, keeper of the Aboite Township.
I guess you care and share about
the most important parts of everyday life here and about in
Aboite Township.

Bobette - I care about our freedom. I care about our values. I care about our civil rights and civil liberties. I care about people being unable to afford healthcare, or their mortgage payment due to ballooning interest rates. I care about those who are the least among us, and help when I can.
I guess it's a matter of personal perspective. What is YOUR perspective, Bobette?
Bobette? (crickets chirping)
