Geeze, I guess you just can't please everyone! I didn't believe the photo was real. I think someone did it to look like an alien baby or something.
I showed my wife, and she agreed that is was "not very tasteful", but she too didn't think it was real.

Just for you, I changed the image to an ugly girl. Hmmm. More tasteful than a fake alien baby?
