Dubya's Iran Plan Sure Has Interesting Tactics

Bush's new plans for Iran (picture at left). A long read and not for the faint of heart, but worthy of your perusal. Just remember, all of this has nothing to do with oil.

Speaking of oil, does anybody know the originally planned name for the "war" in Iraq? It was Operation Iraqi Liberation.

Oh yeah, and while we're on the subject of acronyms, go back and read the subject line of this post again. Just in case you missed it on the way in.

I think Iran would be an excellent use for some portion of our ridiculously large Nuke-u-lar arsenal. I'm sure the pictures of that kind of an occasion would be breathtaking. Oh, and I'm sure they didn't disclose this story in order to scare the holy piss out of those rotten pricks or anything like that...

Scaring the holy piss out of those rotten pricks WOULD be the rational course,Andy. But you hafta remember that we have a rotten prick on OUR side making the call. Doesn't comfort me much somehow, considering his past judgement.

I am saddened by the fact that nobody has admired my clever work of creating the acronym of DIPSHIT into the title. . (sniff) lol

Human, I don't think threatening to unleash our nuclear arsenal on their (sand filled) asses is supposed to impress them. They know what's up. That much sand + all that heat = GLASS.

John, your acronym is swell. Were you looking for a pat on the back? I'm not sure that I was the guy from whom you were hoping to recieve your kudos...

From what I understand of the situation in Iran, that wacko leader of theirs probably admires Bush's approval rating, since his is at 15%. The majority of the Iranians are younger and Western-friendly. We don't need to nuke Iran, we merely need to remove it's head and offer our hand to the body.

Andy, I merely wasn't sure if anyone noticed. Not that important really, just curious. You know how that is; you're never sure if something was noticed if there are no comments. ;) And your opinion is always valued, I only take exception at sniping without merit. Ya big jerk. ;)

John,

Relax, any half-wit could tell you that we're NOT going to nuke anyone....not even Iran. And yes, I realize Iran is west-friendly, but so is UAE, and Lebanon, and a host of other countries...we're not going to nuke them either.

Well, I'm not a half-wit. But honestly, I don't think anyone can predict what Bush is capable of doing. We all would hope that he is saner than that, but his prior actions leave much room for worry about his future actions. . .
